What is your Pet policy?
Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), your baggage, and the safety of other passengers in our vans. Pet guidelines are as follows:
- Pets must be clean & dry.
- Pets must be well behaved & non-aggressive.
- Pets must be able to sit on owners lap.
- Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
- Owners are responsible for their pets behavior at all times.
Per ADA requirements, the restrictions above may not affect service animals.
Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers in your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal.
What is your child policy?
Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
What is your luggage policy?
You must be able to load and unload your luggage without assistance. Your luggage must also be able to fit in the vehicle.

Lost & Found Items
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed by themselves or one of our representatives in the van. A+ Beach Cabs / A+ Taxi & Transportation assumes no liability in the event of damage, loss or theft of any such property and will not be responsible for losses incurred, including but not limited to, loss of future profit, potential income, and additional expenses or losses incurred as a result of lost or stolen baggage or personal property.
A+ Beach Cabs / A+ Taxi & Transportation and its operators are also not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. However, A+ Beach Cabs / A+ Taxi & Transportation does want to help customers reunite with lost items whenever possible. If an item is lost, we recommend the customer immediately contact us at (541) 961-6732.
Returning left behind or found items may incur delivery and/or shipping charges to the recipient.
